Mummy MOT

It’s recommended that women have a Mummy MOT around 4 to 6 weeks after birth, but we also treat women who gave birth years ago that may still have a tummy gap or other related pelvic floor issues.

Pilates

Pilates is a safe and effective way to build core strength, enhance pelvic floor function, and improve your posture and overall wellbeing.

Kelly joined Tracey Miles Chartered Physiotherapists in March 2023. Kelly qualified with a BSC Hons in Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton in 2013. Kelly started her career working in various hospitals in the Yorkshire area completing rotations in a range of different settings including respiratory, neurology, care of the elderly and orthopaedic physiotherapy.

Following a short stint travelling, Kelly began working in the Kent area and found her love for musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy working in both the NHS and private sector. It was from here she developed a passion for Gynaecological Physiotherapy. Kelly also has a particular interest in ante and postnatal Physiotherapy as well as experience in APPI Pilates. She is evidence based and uses a holistic approach to treatment for all of her patients.

Celia joined the team in February 2024. She qualified from The University of Nottingham in 2009 and has 15 years experience in GP and acute NHS settings as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist. She developed an interest in pelvic health physiotherapy after having her two children and now specialises in ante and postnatal treatment and pelvic health. She has a passion for managing issues related to pelvic floor dysfunction using a holistic approach to improve the quality of patients lives and empower them to take control of their pelvic health.

She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists POGP group and has several APPI qualifications in matwork and ante and postnatal Pilates. She is also qualified in providing acupuncture treatment for musculoskeletal conditions and pain.

Sarah joined Overland Farm Clinic in May 2019. Qualified from Oxford Brookes University with First Class Honours in BSc Physiotherapy in 2011, she also has a Sports Massage Diploma, is a certified APPI Pilates Instructor with over a decade of experience, a Level 3 Pre and Postnatal Fitness Instructor and an AposHealth Certified Therapist. Sarah has extra physiotherapy training in Paediatric Musculoskeletal Disorders from University College London, Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health, and a special interest in the management of Scoliosis. Sarah has worked in both the NHS and Private sectors in the UK and abroad in a number of settings including football and rugby teams. She enjoys treating joint, muscle and pain complexities. Tamara Pillay joined the team in April 2021, she qualified in 1999 from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa. Tamara worked in South Africa in the government and private sector before coming to the UK. After settling in the South East, Tamara worked as a senior physiotherapist in the acute hospital setting, she has a wide range of experience in the care of the elderly, respiratory, cardiac care, orthopedics and musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy. Tamara chose to specialize in MSK and has worked as an extended scope physiotherapy practitioner in the South East for 3 years.

Tamara is a registered Health and Care Professional Council Physiotherapist and member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

Tamara’s special interest is in orthopaedics, acupuncture and its role in improving health and pain syndromes with MSK pathologies.
