Mummy MOT

It’s recommended that women have a Mummy MOT around 4 to 6 weeks after birth, but we also treat women who gave birth years ago that may still have a tummy gap or other related pelvic floor issues.

David joined the team in January 2025. He is a highly experienced physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2011. Since qualifying, he has built a diverse career in private practice, including prestigious roles in Mayfair and Chelsea Physiotherapy clinics alongside a renowned celebrity personal trainer.

David has extensive expertise in rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention, having worked with elite athletes such as Premiership footballers, World Triathlon Series and IronMan competitors, ultramarathon runners, and NBA Hall of Fame players. Beyond sports rehab, his practice has expanded to treat a wide range of clients with everyday conditions—spanning teens and mothers with spinal issues to CEOs and notable individuals at Downing Street.

Chris joined the team in December 2024. He graduated from the University of Brighton in 2013, where he quickly chose to specialise in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and has sought to gain experience working in a variety of settings including NHS clinics, GP practices and private practice. He enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, and has a keen interest in spinal rehabilitation and lower limb injuries. He has vast experience within Orthopaedics, working with post-surgical patients through the whole journey from immediately post-surgery in a ward setting, to outpatient rehabilitation and return to full function. He utilises a broad range of therapeutic techniques such as joint mobilisations, soft tissue massage, electrotherapy, Extra-Corporeal Shockwave therapy, Acupuncture and tailored exercise prescriptions. He has completed post graduate training in Acupuncture, Pilates, and Low Back pain rehabilitation. He has recently completed additional training in the assessment and treatment of Paediatric musculoskeletal and sports injuries, and is a registered Kids back to sport practitioner. Kelly Cork joined Tracey Miles Chartered Physiotherapists in March 2023.

Kelly qualified with a BSC Hons in Physiotherapy University of Brighton in 2013. Kelly started her career working in various NHS hospitals in the Yorkshire area completing rotations in respiratory, neurology, care of the elderly and orthopaedic physiotherapy.

Following a short stint travelling, Kelly moved to Kent working in both the NHS and private sector. After the birth of her children Kelly developed a passion for Gynaecological Physiotherapy.

Kelly is a highly specialist pelvic health Physiotherapist working with men and women. Kelly has a passion for helping those with painful sex, chronic pelvic pain, prolapse symptoms, urinary and bowel incontinence.

Kelly is the lead therapist for clinic’s pessary fitting service.

Kelly has a particular interest in treating ante and postnatal women blending her treatments with APPI Pilates and tailored core exercises. Kelly is evidence based and uses a holistic approach to all treatments for her patients.

Celia joined the team in February 2024. She qualified from The University of Nottingham in 2009 and has 15 years experience in GP and acute NHS settings as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist. She developed an interest in pelvic health physiotherapy after having her two children and now specialises in ante and postnatal treatment and pelvic health. She has a passion for managing issues related to pelvic floor dysfunction using a holistic approach to improve the quality of patients lives and empower them to take control of their pelvic health.

She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists POGP group and has several APPI qualifications in matwork and ante and postnatal Pilates. She is also qualified in providing acupuncture treatment for musculoskeletal conditions and pain.

Tamara Pillay joined the team in April 2021, she qualified in 1999 from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa. Tamara worked in South Africa in the government and private sector before coming to the UK. After settling in the South East, Tamara worked as a senior physiotherapist in the acute hospital setting, she has a wide range of experience in the care of the elderly, respiratory, cardiac care, orthopedics and musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy.
