Kelly Cork (nee Banks)
Kelly Cork joined Tracey Miles Chartered Physiotherapists in March 2023 and was trained by and works alongside Tracey.
Kelly qualified with a BSC Hons in Physiotherapy University of Brighton in 2013. Kelly started her career working in various NHS hospitals in the Yorkshire area completing rotations in respiratory, neurology, care of the elderly and orthopaedic physiotherapy.
Following a short stint travelling, Kelly moved to Kent working in both the NHS and private sector. After the birth of her children Kelly developed a passion for Gynaecological Physiotherapy. Kelly is a highly specialist pelvic health Physiotherapist working with men and women. Kelly has a passion for helping those with painful sex, chronic pelvic pain, prolapse symptoms, urinary and bowel incontinence. Kelly is the lead therapist for clinic’s pessary fitting service.
Kelly has a particular interest in treating ante and postnatal women blending her treatments with APPI Pilates and tailored core exercises. Kelly is evidence based and uses a holistic approach to all treatments for her patients.
Kelly is dedicated to helping those with acute and long-term conditions helping them achieve their goals.

Chris Cork
Chris Cork joined Tracey Miles Chartered Physiotherapists in December 2024 and was trained by and works alongside Tracey.
Chris graduated from the University of Brighton in 2013, where he quickly chose to specialise in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and has sought to gain experience working in a variety of settings including NHS clinics, GP practices and private practice.
He enjoys treating a wide range of Adult and Paediatric musculoskeletal conditions, and has a keen interest in spinal rehabilitation, lower limb injuries and paediatric sports injuries. He has vast experience within Orthopaedics, working with post-surgical patients through the whole journey from immediately post-surgery in a ward setting, to outpatient rehabilitation and return to full function. Chris has also completed additional training in Vestibular rehabilitation, in order to specialise in treating those suffering with dizziness and balance related issues.
He utilises a broad range of therapeutic techniques such as joint mobilisations, soft tissue massage, electrotherapy, Acupuncture and tailored exercise prescriptions. He has completed further training in the assessment and treatment of Paediatric musculoskeletal and sports injuries, and is a registered KidsBack2Sport practitioner. Chris aims to provide a collaborative, high quality approach to treatment using the latest evidence and research to guide this process.

Joanna Simanarain
Joanna joined Tracey Miles Physiotherapy in June 2025 and was trained by and works alongside Tracey.
She graduated from University in Wroclaw, Poland in 2004. Soon after, she travelled to Sydney, Australia to study further in Remedial Massage, Fitness instructing and was trained and worked alongside Chinese massage therapists. She then returned to Europe, moved to UK and stayed here ever since.
Her main passion was MSK work, she worked with patients with learning disabilities to start with, leading hydrotherapy sessions. Then joined Kent Community Health Specialist Weight Management Service and worked alongside a dietitian, psychologist and exercise physiologist on helping morbidly obese clients with lifestyle changes and weight loss.
After 8 years there, she joined a private MSK clinic locally. Specialised in Pilates, hydrotherapy, and strength exercise classes. Joanna has always had an interest in pelvic heath and decided to train up within that field, completing POGP urinary incontinence course in December 2024. After having 3 children herself, she is very keen on educating and treating women with pelvic health problems. Combining the MSK knowledge / experience and Pilates with the new skills in pelvic health, she aims to focus on successful patient centred outcome.

Tamara Pillay
Tamara Pillay joined Tracey Miles Chartered Physiotherapists in April 2021 and was trained by and works alongside Tracey.
Tamara qualified in 1999 from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa. Tamara worked in South Africa in the government and private sector before coming to the UK. After settling in the South East, Tamara worked as a senior physiotherapist in the acute hospital setting, she has a wide range of experience in the care of the elderly, respiratory, cardiac care, orthopaedics and musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy. Tamara chose to specialize in MSK and has worked as an extended scope physiotherapy practitioner in the South East for 3 years
Tamara is a registered Health and Care Professional Council Physiotherapist and member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
Tamara’s special interest is in orthopaedics, acupuncture and its role in improving health and pain syndromes with MSK pathologies.

Tracey Miles
Tracey Miles is an Extended Scope Chartered Physiotherapist in Private Practice in East Kent. She qualified from St Mary’s Hospital, London in 1984, Physiotherapy graduate diploma 1991, she has over 35 years of experience. Tracey started Overland Farm Physiotherapy Clinic in 2000. Tracey provides clinical education to physiotherapists, nurses, doctors and Student Midwives. She has run training programs for Physiotherapists on the treatment of low-back and pelvic girdle disorders. Aposhealth Certified Therapist.
